OUR CONTRACT

Je Te Veux’s acceptance of your order commences when your order is despatched. At this point the purchase contract starts. Your contract is with Cool Equestrian Ltd.

 

GIFT VOUCHER

A Gift Voucher can be exchanged for any goods equal to its loaded value. It can also be exchanged for goods exceeding its loaded value on payment of the difference in cash/debit or credit card. Gift Vouchers will under no circumstances, be exchanged in whole or part for cash or refund.

Any Gift Voucher which is defaced, altered or cancelled will not be accepted.

Je Te Veux accept no responsibility for accepting vouchers that have been stolen and no compensation will be given in respect of lost or destroyed vouchers.

Gift Vouchers are not for resale.

 

DATA

Our software encrypts all of your details; name, address, card numbers etc, so that it cannot be read whilst in transit over the internet, keeping your details safe from fraud.

All customer records are private, confidential and secure. We will not pass your details onto third parties.

Information that is held on our database is that which is collected at the time of registration and at ordering. All data is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Our liability in connection with the Product purchased through our Website is strictly limited to purchase price of that product.

c)       For any matter for which it would be illegal or unlawful for us to exclude or limit or attempt to exclude or limit our liability.

All product descriptions, information and materials posted on this Website are provided “as is” and without warranties express, implied or otherwise howsoever arising. To the fullest extent permissible by law, but excluding anything that may not lawfully be excluded in the case of consumers, we disclaim all other warranties of any kind.

Nothing in this clause will affect your statutory right as a consumer, or your Contract cancellation right as set out above.

 

EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

We will have no liability for any delay in delivering goods you have ordered that is caused by any events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdowns of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion.
