Product Care

How you care for your lingerie and nightwear can really impact its longevity. Basically, the more love you give your garment, the longer it will last.

By Hand

  • Remove any jewellery and ensure your nails do not have sharp edges.
  • Shallow fill a clean sink or bucket using the specified amount of bleach-free mild detergent.
  • Swirl the garment gently in the suds.
  • Gently rub any stubborn areas with your thumb, taking care not to agitate the fibres.
  • Leave the items to soak for up to an hour.
  • Remove the items and rinse under gently running water.
  • Do not machine wash a hand-wash item – the “hand wash” cycle on a machine can still damage delicate items.

Machine Washing

Only machine wash your garments if the care label confirms it is safe. We do not recommend machine washing lingerie such as bras, hosiery, or delicate/lace items. However, if machine washing is allowed, follow these steps:

  • Use a mild, bleach-free detergent formulated for delicates.
  • Turn items inside out to prevent lint build-up.
  • Place items in a delicates bag to prevent tangling or damage.
  • Wash on a low-temperature, delicate cycle.
  • Avoid washing with other items.
  • Do not machine wash hand-wash-only items — even on a gentle cycle.
