Our Contract

Je Te Veux’s acceptance of your order commences when your order is dispatched. At this point, the purchase contract begins. Your contract is with Cool Equestrian Ltd.

Gift Vouchers

A Gift Voucher can be exchanged for goods equal to its loaded value. It can also be used toward goods of higher value by paying the difference. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged—fully or partially—for cash or a refund.

Any defaced, altered, or cancelled vouchers will not be accepted.

Je Te Veux accepts no responsibility for vouchers that have been lost or stolen. No compensation will be provided.

Gift Vouchers are not for resale.

Data Protection

Our software encrypts all your details—including name, address, and card information—to ensure secure transmission over the internet.

All customer records are private, confidential, and secure. We do not share customer details with third parties.

Data is collected at registration and during ordering, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. To remove your details from our database, please email: sales@jeteveux.co.uk.

Liability & Disclaimers

Our liability for products purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability:

b) For fraud or gross negligence by our employees or agents.

c) For any matter in which liability cannot legally be limited.

All product descriptions and materials on this website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties—excluding those that cannot legally be excluded.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Events Beyond Our Control

We are not liable for delays in delivering goods caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, industrial disputes, system failures, network access issues, floods, fires, or explosions.
